Apps for Service Providers
A new Yandex Pro home: from concept to rollout (coming soon)
Redesigned the home screen around each courier’s current state and tasks: the map opens on demand, while key services and personal data are visible at a glance.
Outcome: After a pilot and courier-level experiment, the new home rolled out to everyone on 9 June. In Moscow, active shift time among first-week couriers rose by 2.52 hours (+11.36%). In the broader newcomer hours-worked subgroup, Test reached 34.2 hours versus 30.1 in Control (+13.7%).
Courier motivation: goals, slots, and ratings (coming soon)
Designed three independently tested mechanisms that turned operational demand into clear actions for couriers: goals, slot recommendations, and on-time rating incentives.
Outcome: Across separate experiments, Goals delivered +9.5% hours worked and +10% orders per courier; slot recommendations added 1.5 percentage points to fill rate and 7–7.5% hours worked per courier; on-time rating incentives reduced round-trip by 37 seconds and CTE by about 20 seconds, while increasing on-time deliveries by 6 percentage points.
A new delivery and multi-order flow (coming soon)
Turned fragmented delivery stages into a clear journey that also works for multiple simultaneous orders.
Outcome: After launch, pickup time fell by 10 seconds and CTE by 20 seconds. In UX testing, every courier completed the journey without errors and understood the contextual item guidance.
A courier app built from zero in one month (coming soon)
Designed the core journeys for a new courier app in one month while handing them to engineering in parallel.
Outcome: The app rolled out to every courier at the first client and powered real deliveries. Before launch, an A/B comparison showed CTE 5–10 seconds lower than Yandex Pro. WhatsApp login, local branding, and font-size controls were later released to production.
Enterprise Systems
Franchisee portal: from strategy to workspace (coming soon)
Defined the portal’s target vision and MVP, then developed it into a workspace for franchise analytics, tasks, and financial operations.
Outcome: The portal was expanded with analytics, task workflows, financial-term management, financial reports, and notifications. These areas prepare processes for migration from Staff and address security requirements; full user migration is not yet claimed.
Autopricing and assortment: from Excel to product (coming soon)
Designed tools that move complex category-manager work from spreadsheets into managed product workflows.
Outcome: The first users started using Autopricing. Implemented Autopricing and Assortment journeys enable managers to move work out of spreadsheets, covering price approval, strategies, supplier items, commercial terms, and inter-branch transfers. FTE reduction remains an expected rather than measured outcome.
Kitchen in the order flow (coming soon)
Integrated kitchen work into the wider order flow across different production models.
Outcome: The experiment across eight stores reduced assembly time for kitchen orders by 10%. The interface covers the queue, ingredients, assignee flow, cancellation reasons, batch baking, and two-label printing for the item and delivery bag.
Concepts
Korzinka: a new customer app concept (coming soon)
Created a visual concept for a new customer app as part of a tender.
Outcome: The concept was prepared for a tender; no launch or product metrics are claimed.
Picking on the forearm: an interface for a ring scanner (coming soon)
Reworked the picking interface for a forearm-mounted phone and ring scanner, freeing one of the picker’s hands.
Outcome: A landscape interface was designed around the physical working context; the concept is not presented as launched.
Modular WMS: one system, independent products (coming soon)
Split WMS into two services that could be developed independently and offered to B2B partners as standalone modules.
Outcome: The concept and designs were completed, with UX validation planned next. Implementation had not started at this stage.
