My role
I led the product design of this independent project: defined the service model, designed the core journey, and prepared the product for launch.
What I did
I brought court schedules into one journey with date, time, and duration selection, removing the need to check each club website separately.
Outcome
The service is live at slotty.gg and shows current court schedules in Belgrade.
