A new delivery and multi-order flow
Turned fragmented delivery stages into a clear journey that also works for multiple simultaneous orders.
Context
Couriers needed to see all orders in one place and account for hot food, coffee, frozen items, and parcels. Errors could lead to forgotten or damaged goods.

My role
I redesigned the multi-order flow, added contextual item guidance, and built a prototype for testing and migration to new platform modules.
What I did
We placed all orders on one screen and surfaced guidance at the decision point. In UX testing, every courier completed the flow without errors and understood the prompts.
Outcome
After launch, pickup time fell by 10 seconds and CTE by 20 seconds. The team also received positive courier feedback.
