Integrated kitchen work into the wider order flow across different production models.
Context
Cooks needed to see the dish queue, take orders into production, assign an owner, and handle items that could not be prepared. Batch baking required a separate journey.

My role
I designed the queue, production states, ingredient view, assignee flow, cancellation reasons, and a separate batch-baking journey.
What I did
I covered the real physical operation end to end, from a dish entering the queue to printing two labels for the item and delivery bag.
Outcome
The experiment across eight stores reduced assembly time for kitchen orders by 10% and showed a 0.05% increase in GMV. Both results apply to the experimental sample.
