Goals: a courier motivation system
Designed a motivation tool that makes the rules clearer for couriers and supports operational goals.
Context
The business needed more couriers working at the right times, while couriers needed to understand which actions and working periods would bring extra value.

My role
I designed the goals section, filters by type, slot, store, and period, plus goal cards and detail pages for orders and hours across all states.
What I did
I translated the business mechanic into a clear progress model for couriers, validated it in UX tests, and supported the operational side with goal setup in WMS.
Outcome
The experiment increased hours worked by 9.5% and orders per courier by 10%. The solution was also planned for reuse by other units.
