A courier app built from zero in one month
Designed the core journeys for a new courier app in one month while handing them to engineering in parallel.
Context
An international B2B client needed a standalone app that respected familiar local patterns and the partner’s operating model.

My role
I reviewed international courier apps and designed slot booking, order delivery, and profile management from scratch.
What I did
Design and engineering progressed in parallel. After the first launch, I continued developing the product: I designed cash-handling journeys, while WhatsApp login, local branding, and font-size controls shipped to production. Diagnostics remained in development.
Outcome
The app rolled out to every courier at the first client and powered real deliveries. Before launch, an A/B comparison showed CTE 5–10 seconds lower than Yandex Pro. WhatsApp login, local branding, and font-size controls were later released to production.
